I was thinking about starting some projects that I can wear in the summer. Which also includes some of those great fingerless mitt patterns that I found to. For me it has been a good idea to do my summer projects in the winter and winter projects in the summer. Why? It all started from my school days.
When I was in school, I traveled on the buses and “L” (Chicago’s subway system) a lot. At some point I got tired of just sitting and began seeing what everyone else was doing while traveling. Eventually I started doing school work, reading and making notes and such. Until one day I saw a lady crocheting. Then I thought, “I could do that to!” So when I wasn’t bogged down with school work I’d bring my projects and do them while I was traveling or in between classes.
